BMW Championship

Rory played in the Deutsche Bank Championship at TPC Boston in Norton which was the second tournament of the Fedex Cup playoffs, and finished in a tie for 37th on three under par. The tournament was won by Charley Hoffman with a score of twenty one under par.
Rory has now travelled to Chicago to play in the third event of the playoffs, the BMW Championship at Cog Hill Golf and Country Club in Lemont. He will be looking for a good result in this event as only the top 30 in the Fedex Cup Playoff Points List make it through to the final event, The Tour Championship, and Rory is currently in 29th position on the list.
Rory tees off at 12.20 local time from the 1st on Thursday alongside Nick Watney.
